I lay my head to rest
As the light of the moon fills my chest

The stars in the night sky
Surround me with light
Sending me wishes of a good- night

As my eyes close
My mind starts to wonder
Into the universe, and way up wonder

Like a bright light myself
I travel to the stars
Knowing I’ll be greeted coming from so far

Star light, star bright
So glad you could join us
The moon has a message
For all to delight us

“Tell me your wishes
And see them as true
And I will shine my light
Down on them for you

Believe in your dreams
As they will come true
Just as you’re loved
Day and night too”
